    Hey Guys.

Just had a really good 1v1 friendly vs TallGuy.

Thought everyone could learn how amazing at this game I am from these screenshots.

We had a very slow game where neither started attacking until the 15th minute, and then I got stomped on by packs of bull ants and fought back venomously (nukes were instrumental, but packs of scout planes are what kept me in the match. I love those babies!))

As is normal for my style of play, I failed to drop the hammer in an effective manner, throwing droves of scout planes, bombers and doxes at a thin red line of levellers and anti-air.

Technically, that is his base in the right side image, and I did decimate it.

The reason he is annihilated is not because I suddenly noticed his commander. I believed he was on the moon (his commander disappeared in the 25th minute, and he had an orbital factory from the 15th). So I started making preparations for an interplanetary attack from the 60th minute or so (LOTS of avengers, LOTS of orbital platforms)

As I told him, I'd walk on space dust if I had to.

He self-destructed. I have no doubt that he was laughing at me.

Best way to scout. With 100 bombers and fireflies.

And 500 ground units too. I built a couple of advanced metal extractors on that metal spot which I kept losing (and ignoring), along with the team of fabbers.

    That's true.

Basically, the screenshot isn't of the front of his base. It's the back of his base. In the top image, the mountains beyond the crack are the beginning of no-mans land from my perspective, the artillery there was part of a holkins creep.

My base is beyond that on the dark side of the planet. The metal spots in that image were basically all claimed by him. Every metal spot my flood of units walked past, so they cleared it as they went.

And I probably owned 20 advanced metal spots?

More or less. Also the perfect example of how not to scout/How not to pay attention to your units.
