Having pledge on Kickstarter a while ago I finally checked up on my emails and saw the plethora of Kickstarter emails telling me about various updates for the game, so I logged on to ubernet to see if my account had a key in the my keys section it did not. So I delved deeper into my emails and came across an email telling me that I had received a mnc item and also advising me to add ubernet store to my contacts for when I recieve the key by email. Assuming that it was either in my spam or inbox I searched again, it was in neither it would seem my email account (ymail) had deleted some older spam and that is where it has gone. I have finalised my pledge. I was and early bird tier $15 backer. How can I get a new/my old key back?
Login out and back in again. Check your my keys to see if it appears now. If not email support with the above email.
Most likely you just don't have key yet. Currently game is in Beta stage which is only available to people who backed $40 or more.
