For some reason no matter what i do every time i go into a game the the actual playable area turns black. the menu and graphics on the edge of the screen are fine and i can see other peoples messages but nothing else. i have an ATI Radeon HD 5500 card and my drivers are up to date, not only that but i have tried every graphics setting there is and all different kinds of worlds in game. Before the latest update i had issues with planet rendering (like the surface would be just patches of color and that's it) and my computer could hardly run, it would take forever to connect. but now i take like 3 seconds to connect to a game but there's the blackness for about 20 seconds where i can still message people and then i crash. I've looked around for how to solve this but i cant find any answers.... some help would be lovely.

I just checked your DxDiag and found that your drivers is outdated:
    Code:
Card name: ATI Radeon HD 5500 Series
    Driver Date/Size: 10/27/2010 02:55:24, 547328 bytes
You need download and install latest drivers from AMD website:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 32

Other problem you might met it's crashes due to 32bit OS limitations:
    Code:
    Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130828-1532)Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
    Memory: 4096MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 3328MB RAM
I'm recommend you upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit if possible.
