Every match I've played vs the computer AI, all it does is build the basic air factory and launch a neverending, but weak, air assault at me. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to increase the AI difficulty?

The AI is very much a work-in-progress. It's gotten a whole lot better, but currently it has no difficulty setting and uses just aircraft and bots. Uber's working quite hard on it and more improvements are on the way.

when is the AI going to start learning, they talk about it early on in alpha that the AI learns from trial and error, so why not start it up already, in most of my RTS games i perfer to play against AI, i find that humans tend to go a cookie cutter root and kill my experience by exploiting...

so please DEV's any news on the full release of AI

@sorian has been working on the AI and has done a great job of keeping us updated on this thread (you need to be a backer to view that thread, and the stuff you're looking for is near the end). I don't know when or if machine learning will be added but he's the one to ask.

I suspect that, like SupCom2, learning will be enabled only on the Uber side to recalibrate the default threat values. The AI will then use these to generate its threat maps so it can avoid dangerous areas, attack weak points etc.
