Last update made it completely impossible to play a game. All i get is a blackscreen when starting a game. No matter what options i take (fullscreen, windowed, low or high, hdr, fxaa etc.). Is there a fix for this?
I doubt gfx card is the problem since: A: its a new card its a HD7970 ghz B: drivers are updated C: plays other games fine Before the update i could play a game though with very low fps. After the update it starts with blackscreen. So it has to be a bug in the update.
if the ui still shows on your screen, press f5. for some reason there seems to be some problems with coherant ui.

Can you please upload log from this directory? C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\AppData\Local\UberEntertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log\ I'm mostly sure there won't be any error, but it's worth to try. PS: There actually at least one other person who have permanent black screen.

Nope it's not. Actually there nothing in log what might cause black screen. Click on "Upload a File" button right after "Post Reply".
Its broken for me too since patch 55493, yesterdy everything was fine Get around 4fps on an empty planet, even the menu is quite slow (buttons react seconds after the mouse passed them...). Gfroce 760 GTX + Windows 7 64bit. No background processes, gigs of mem free, no changes other than the PA patch, latest Windows updates, lates drivers, yadda yadda. Btw, is this stupid captcha for replies gone after a few posts?
