You need to update your drivers. First for Intel HD3000. Download and install "Win64_152818.exe" from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23102 Then for Radeon HD 6490M. You need to install generic drivers from AMD website: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx First try to download and run "AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver Verification Tool". If it's give you drivers to install just use them. If it's say that your hardware isn't compatible you need do that: Backup important information from laptop. Usually generic drivers don't cause any problems, but I'm recommend back backups anyway. Download and install "Latest Beta Driver" from same page. If any error occur in process of installation then try to remove old version of Catalyst and run installer again. When you done with update check this video how-to: And then configure your drivers to run PA.exe on discrete graphics card.
This helped so I managed to launch the game. As for Radeon, driver installation says its up to date. And there emerged new issue, due to generic Intel HD driver it is impossible now to use switchable graphics.
Are you mean it's Driver Verification Tool says that? It's normal, it's not working in 90% of situations. Try to remove installed Catalyst completely and then install "Latest Beta Driver". It's should bring back switchable graphics. PS: There was really a lot people who I helped with it and for everybody both generic drivers working just fine.
