Cant play

Now i can load the map....but i cant click on green zone without it freezing. I cant play and i really want to. Haven't played a game yet and i don't want to have wasted 60$

Most likely your problem is happen because of this:

You need to install generic drivers from AMD website:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx
First try to download and run "AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver Verification Tool". If it's give you drivers to install just use them.

If it's say that your hardware isn't compatible you need do that:

1. Backup important information from laptop.
2. Download and install "Latest Beta Driver" from same page.

Usually generic drivers don't cause any problems, but I'm recommend back backups anyway.

The normal one didnt work so i am downloading the beta. I recently updated my Graphics driver to the Beta catyclyst. would that cause issues?

Where you download update before? From notebook manufacturer website?
As you see your DxDiag show that your current driver from 2011.

Thats weird...thought it was 2013...had to download twice i am now installing the mobility

Now it is stuck at 0% installed

Try to remove old version of Catalyst and then run install of new one.

Slowly but surely it is installing

There was one error that had no option but cancel at about 75%

Already continued...though the final report says everything was a success. I can reboot and send you link to report as well as new directx file
