I only learned yesterday.[/quote] I'm sorry. There are rare times where ignorance is bliss. The first time I ever heard it was in regards to someone I know writing/reading Kirk/Spock slash.
This actually is the only slash I knew so far, but now I'm curious. This will not end well. Also, the existence of erotic fanfiction is usually a sign that a game is successful enough to have very...uh...enthusiastic fans. Which means I'm indirectly hoping for it to happen. Somewhere. Where I can't actually find it.
This thread... Not so much about the Breaking Bad finale now. It must have been an amazing ending. Unlike the series ending for Dexter.
I guess so. I mean, I was completely satisfied. I like Norm MacDonald's idea that Walter dies in the car parked outside of the bar parking lot and everything past that is just an illusion. Heh, he said that the last things he did were just too clean and perfectly executed to be Walt's real life. I disagree, I see it as a perfectly good ending that may have been edited down, but could be explained in a book or something. So yeah, I thought it was fine. I kind of want to see what happens to "Flynn" though! I mean, considering how much he hates his dad, I don't think death is going to be a good thing for Walt Jr. And he gets that massive trust fund at 18 or something?? You KNOW he's going to be the weird, rich kid with serious emotional issues. And you have to remember, he's his father's son. What if he gets all muderously rage-y and stuff? Maybe he can be like the villain in Kickass! Ha! Ok, doubt that, but still. That kid is gonna be MESSED UP.
I have no clue what any of that was about. I am going to guess Breaking Bad? Sorry didn't watch the show. The subject matter was a bit too close to home and so it was one of the popular TV shows that I stayed away from.
Oh dear Deadstretch, I may have just face palmed at that first sentence I'm sorry you've had to deal with that subject matter in person. I can't even imagine!
Wouldn't say the ending was amazing (compared to the other high points if the show), but it was very satisfying for me. It left just enough to the imagination, whilst still answering the important questions. For those who watched, the laser pointer bluff had to be my favorite part of the episode.
@mkrater Yeah I set a trap and you sprung it. To be honest I was hoping it was someone else. I feel bad now kinda making you type all that and I don't know what it meant.
