Performance Issues and a Bug

The game runs horribly slow for me with systems that have more than 3 planets and it takes forever for me to load every game, takes around 6-10 minutes. Is there any way I can make this game run faster on my rig?
I play with everything on medium except shadows, which are off.

Also just today I got this really weird bug after waiting forever to get into a game with my friend in a team armies battle. Pic is attached...

Please always try to stick to latest drivers because I sure developers test game mostly on them.

Actually there is two things you can check:

First. If you run game though Steam try to download it using Uber launcher:

Currently Steam version have known performance issues at least with Nvidia hardware.

Second. Go to Nvidia Control Panel and then force enable "Threaded Optimization". If this give you extra FPS you configure it's only for PA.exe.

I just updated my drivers and I am currently trying to install Uber's launcher, but seeing how I have the steam version I am not too sure on where to find the activation key to put into the site so I can download the launcher. I have Right-clicked the game in my list and there is no "View Key" option like there is with other games. How would I find the key?

Actually if you already played though Steam once you should be able to use launcher. E.g you need to loggin in store with credentials you used to register in game.

Check if your Steam and UberNet accounts properly linked and if they isn't just try to re-link them.

After you done that store shouldn't ask you for key anymore.

Thanks, did not know that I had to link my steam account with my ubernet account.
Going to download the ubernet launcher now and see if it improves my performance any.
