Lategame units?

    Well yes. I think Supcom was great but I already have that game. Once the T1/T2 unit lists are fully populated, then we'll see if bigger more powerful units are needed.

    Bigger, possibly but not necessary more powerful.

    The advanced tier is all about specialists.

    Were not talking about experimentals. We are talking about adv. Units that just take forever to build and are OP.

    Absolutely not. We are talking about units that don't fit in the normal factory line-ups that have specific roles. Late game =/= OP. Not even a little bit.

    No. That is how you make broken crap.

    An expensive unit has to do something that no other unit has done before. Otherwise it is immediately obsolete because it can be replaced with smaller, cheaper, more capable things.

    Fortunately, PA has many "big" roles for "big" things to fill.

    Perhaps, but 4 pages later, the topics being discussed has changed. Putting OP units in the game would be counter-productive to game balance (actually, it would be detrimental by definition)
