I just joined the beta, but I can't see metal spots in game, I've seen in streams and other videos that they show up as green dots from a zoomed out view, but I can't see them. I have to manually look around zoomed in searching for the texture on the ground to build meta. And I can't find an option in the settings that might enable or disable this. Is this just a bug? (I am running it on mac)
You're running it from Steam? If yes check this topic: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/0/864980277623586863/ And try to disable Steam Overlay as explained. It's helps to some Windows users, but it's also might affect game on Mac and Linux.
