Currently in the game all players start on the same planet and then can expand outwards. However, I think it would be a lot of fun in some of the larger games (like 6-person FFA) to have multiple starting planets. Put 3 players on one planet and 3 on another and have them fight over their planet, then have the winner (who now has sole control over the planet) go after whoever won on the other planet. This might be a bit difficult until we have more interplanetary features like launching a nuke from one planet to another or unit launchers. For now it would be a race to see who can throw a moon at the other planet first. Thoughts?
This was confirmed in the livestream video recently. https://forums.uberent.com/threads/...ta-livestream-september-27.51833/#post-793951
This will be implimented. Can't find the exact source but check out the general discussion forums, there's a sticky on there with a planned/implemented feature list
we need a better way to invade planets other then drop a builder and build. Once that's in, it will be viable.
We have another way. Albiet not a great one, in the sat that can fire down onto the planet....the orbital fighters can take out the stuff in the orbital layer.....Its getting a lot better but its not done yet. I'm sure all of this will be resolved soon.
Does that even work yet? And can you transfer the satalittes and orbital fighters from planet to planet?
Agree here 100% my last game a 2v2 became a GG stalemate as we each ended up with one planet and couldn't invade eachother, it was just a mess, and very laggy with 250+ fighters over each planet lol
