"Sharing Keys"

Does anyone know how this works? Can i share my key I have from a steam purchase to a friend? it shows up when you log in to uber about sharing keys even though my steam key doesn't actually show up there

If you purchase game only once you can only play from one computer. Or what do you mean?

It means that if you have a spare code you can send it to a friend.

but that's not really sharing though, thats just giving someone another key... seperate from yours

In this case, "sharing" means you purchase it, and give it away to a friend.
Many here own more than 1 key, which they may do with as they please,
though some (ie "Full Game" keys) aren't actually available yet, obviously.

Maybe "Gifting A Key" would have been a better description (from Uber's perspective).

You can always let your friend log in to Uber as you, but you likely won't ever get control back again

I reckon Uber are missing a trick by not revisiting multi-key offers for early backers,
even if they do so at a higher price than those offered during the Kickstarter. Not to
mention making another range of t-shirts available, or checking to see if there is any
new interest in commander-shaped USB keys, complete with game key (Can't
remember if that was only available to certain backer-levels or not, but even so, they
WILL have different commander models they could model them on).

You're absolutely correct. It's not from a lack of will, mainly just a lack of human bandwidth to do and manage all of this stuff...

Heh, anyways, I assume from your input that these possibilities will be considered as final release approaches?
I invested as much as I could at the time, but would certainly consider spending more for some more sexy
goodies.
