Hate to moan, but the game won't launch

Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong place, there does not seem to be anywhere else to post. Clicked on a link to the bugs section but it denied me access.

Playing on iMac the game screen is white and frozen as soon as i launch, i then have to force quit as it is unresponsive. I tried it on my (technically inferior) Macbook and it worked just fine, except it can't really handle the game. Both on OSX Mountain Lion.

I don't really know how to upload a report (sorry) so i'll just post the relevant information here:

Please tell me if anything else is needed and i will happily provide. My first thought was drivers but all of my software is up to date and i'm assuming that any driver updates are included.

He is Mac user, he don't have DxDiag.
