When I try to purchase the release edition of Planetary Annihilation, I don't get billed. I'm using a Visa Gift Card, and the balance has stayed at its initial balance. Do I get billed when the game is released? I need some confirmation that I have purchased the game, and it isn't just waiting until release for me to purchase (then I'll miss the Theta Commander!).
Nope, you should get billed right after you confirm your payment. At least when I bought game though UberEnt and Amazon payments I got billed immediately. Wait before somebody of Uber check this topic or contact them using tickets: http://support.uberent.com/index.php I'm think tickets are preferable because they'll need ask you for confidential information anyway.
