    11:59pm still counts as Thursday! I for one don't really mind either way as long the first beta release is a (reasonably) stable build. :p

    I am so excited, looks like a very solid game so far in the alpha from the youtube videos I have seen (keep up the work Zaphod) and can't wait to play it later this week.

    Well less than 2 days from right now is beta. Just throwing that out their lol. I have a countdown in my head, its so close i can taste the asteroids dust in my mouth as they hit the planet. lol

    Holy faeces. That's two days from now! Between technical problems and working, I've been out of PA for a couple months, but I'm going to have to get in on the planet smashing and hell and high water and so forth.

    Really? Uber is going to have this semi-functional in two more days?

    from the video's I have seen, they have their groundwork, and most of the gameplay up. No planet smashing that i have seen, but this game looks amazing. Half regret not buying alpha now.

    My guess is that we'll push a build sometime tonight our time. If you had asked me this morning I would have said it would already be out by now. We always want to pack in last minutes fixes, additions and changes so it seems like we always just go until the last minute. After beta launch I would expect us to go back to builds more often like during early/mid alpha.

    The amount of stuff worked on in the last 2 weeks is quite frankly mind boggling.
