Singapore server

I thought as it is a client server architecture this shouldn't affect you.. but I could be wrong.

The only influence on your game speed is your own connection to the server, everybodies else doesn't matter. What could be is that your own connection isn't as stable as you think or that european servers are in different areas where sometimes you get better connections to.

Or there is a bug somewhere.

Such bug should be found easily by reviewing server and simulation performance using CTRL+P.
