boot with only one screen, reduce running aplications to a minimum, install new graphic card driver. Upload a Dxdiag.txt to your next reply so I can help you further. to do this hit ÿ then "dxdiag", ↩ let the program run, allow the progress bar to finish hit "Save All Information..." edit: ninja'd
this? go to nvidia.com , select your country, hover on "Drivers" and click on "GeForce Drivers" then "Drivers" again selcet "GeForce 200M series" from drop down menu your windows type... language and "Start Search" you can go ahead and take the 326.80 how old is the installation of your O.S.?
Yes Sir that is my Piece of junk and it have gone to Start > control panel > all control panel items > display > Screen resolution > advanced settings > adapter tab > properties > driver tab > update driver. windows says this this up to date .
yea well thank you very much windows. windows also says things like : "att_ , nat cannot to are be do you_________ okay." that will never update anything. it is not the way to install drivers. it just checks microsoft database for a valid certificate for that driver.
umm maby a year ago when I melted some key componets I reinstalled the OS. due to an fan cloged just behind the processer chip cooling fins inside the fan fins self and was completely missed until cus I would void the warrentie taking it apart and after it expired I case punched the keyboard completely casing the inside aluminum frame causing the notebook short so I completely dismantialed the notebook and ye nuf said Notebook still runs after prying the aluminum casing off the chips and fired right up (asus gaming notebook 1 - human 0) Should I be doing something with the OS ???
yeah that warranty void stuff is marketting BS, the only thing you wanna avoid is touching the warranty sticker. other than that you unscrew-dust-rescrew noone will ever be able to tell it was opened. Especially not the guys at the after sales service in a hypermarket. I often advise people to reinstall if it's a windows OS, it always bluffs the users how much better it runs. linux doesn't dust up like that though. As of now I'm going to suppose you're not running any "performance helpers" of any kind and you kinda know what you're doing with the desktop environment. Make sure no other program could be interfering with PA's performance. (and also open http://www.twitch.tv/uberchannel the livestram will start in http://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/generic?iso=20130913T13&p0=234&msg=PA Livestream)
