I'm a long time Supreme Commander and C&C player. I've played all three SCs. My favorite RTS of all time was SC:FA and I still play it often. Didn't like SC2. Played like a mediocre console game with no depth or strategy, in my opinion. I'm on here because I have disliked most of the RTS games of the past few years. There's nothing decent out there right now. I heard some folks who worked on SC:FA were making a similar game, so here I am. I want to read about the details to see if this really captures the epic feel, resource management, base building variety, cool units, and depth of strategy we had in SC:FA. I'm not a fan of purely tactical RTS games. I find twitch games boring. My only disappointment, from what I've heard so far about PA, is that there will be no single player missions. Those epic multistage missions of SC:FA on vast maps with massive armies were pure heaven.

Hi everybody, my name is Alex_Stonewood though my username here is stonewood1612. I ended up here because of PA, which i've kept my eye on since it was in kickstarter. I'm almost 15 and got a talent for art. I mostly play video games on my mac, cuz my old laptop passed out a few years ago. I like strategy games like Civ, Starcraft, Age of Empires,... but I also play a few other games including Minecraft, FTL(everyone loves that game) and now PA. I also collect Warhammer miniatures and paint them myself, although I don't play the game much. My favourite colour is green and I have 2 cats, 6 chickens and an aquarium full of fish.

I would love to play some more PA with the community, but not before some performance optimizations, since it has lag spikes of total death.

(Last note: English is not my main language, so please don't shoot me if I made a mistake somewhere.)

I use a PC tower, and have always used a PC all the way back since the Commodore 64 came out.

One of my favorite games was TA, and was doing a search to see if anyone still played, and if I could relocate the tools for making units again. When I came across PA, and I got excited till I seen the preorder prices, then disappointed as I need to scrape funds together just for the current Alpha pricing in 2 weeks from now, but so wanted the limited edition, Planet Naming sounds like it would be fun, if I could turn it into a sandbox type game setting. Still, rather excited about a new RTS game, considering there are not many out there, and the number of units in the battles are shrinking with other games.

I have watched several of the videos, and seen some of the combat recorded, and will soon be joining in the eternal conflicts and loving it. Can't wait till I can jump planets, and beat up the AI. Also, I will get a monitor for my old computer so my daughter and I can play against each other once the game goes live for everyone.

I've been playing a lot of iOS games lately, but am still a big fan of Gears of War for Xbox and Star Wars: The Old Republic for PC. I can't wait for Toy Rush to come out! And Planetary Annihilation!! And I'm excited to get to know you all

Toy Rush is releasing on more than just iOS devices.

Hi. Near completely forgot about this due to making a major whoops when updating my email - everything PA related got put in my junk folder.

Obviously I've fixed all that. Although I think I lost my kickstarter keys. Oh well. But hey, it's still an awesome game that I will be grabbing anyways.

And yes, I'm one of those crazy Spacebattler members that might have formed a mini-group/clan already. I haven't checked yet.
