zooming in and out

When can we be able to change our keystrokes for just zooming in and out. Not everyone has a middle mouse wheel for that.

Few versions ago it's was handled by engine and not exposed in UI, so it's can't be changed yet.

this did not work for me sadly. the key bindings themselves worked however it only made the planet rotate and not zoom in or out.

I see using Control + Up or Down as very efficient

I'm a bit curious, are you a Mac user?.

I must admit i wasnt aware that you could even get mice today for PC that did no have scroll wheel :S i thought that was 100% standart on all.

Else you could do a modifier option like say hold down shift and then left and right mouse button when pressed and hold would zoom in and out. or hold shift and moving mouse forward to zoom in and backwards to zoom out.
