Cardboard Tube Samurai

I am just wondering where does this set come from, how do you obtain it?
I heard that Battle Damage Cardboard Tube Samurai is from PAX but what about the simple one? Or they are the same thing? Also are they both in SMNC or one is available only for MNC and the other (battle damage) for SMNC or the otehr way around?

MNC CTS was given out to all players who owned MNC during a certain PAX.
MNC BDCTS was only obtainable through code.

Nope, I got my BDCTS through a random in game drop :3 it appeared as a drop but didn't show in my inventory so Uber Support gave me it. Traded a while back, forgot to who.

Wow, lucky you, I doubt there are still such drops, so I am looking to trade for it.
