Connecting problem

When I start the game "Connecting to Ubernet" message appears and it has stayed there for 15 minutes!! and I would really like to try out the new patch. please help

It's message appear in game? Do you have any anti-virus/firewall software installed? If no, can you try to disable Windows Firewall?

in game menu and I have tried closing firewall, did not help :/
