Extreme technical issue PLEASE help.

I made a video of the issue. At first i thought steam was lagging or something so i restarted steam, that didn't fix it.

so far i have updated all my drivers, they are up to date. i have a really good alienware computer i know my PC specs are up to what the game wants. i have completely uninstalled steam and reinstalled steam, then i had to reinstall the game and it still didn't work. I have verified the game cashe.

I don't really remember when this started i tried to start the game and it just was stopping on that black screen. in the video i only look at that screen for like 30 sec but i have left the game on for like 30 min to see if it would load and it didn't.

I love playing the game and this is sad

It seems you're running on an integrated GPU (Intel HD 4000). Generally, support for these types of graphics cards is spotty at best. The only thing you can do at this point is hang tight and see if the next build fixes your problem. Perhaps somebody with the same GPU could provide some insight?
