Obviously this is your problem. You should completely disable AV or you need to check it's settings and find why it's filtering connections to uberent.com on 443 port. E.g add PA.exe (probably one from bin_x64 or bin_x86) to white list.

I tried allowing uberet.com and both of the .exe's, nothing worked so i uninstalled avast, still same thing pops up. Thanks for the reply.

that is not normal. I garantee you a clean install of windows (or other) would fix this.

...Or you could take centuries to isolate what was modified in your OS so that the firewall be so screwy or that you'd need to run it as admin.

It would up you performance all 'round in any case to reinstall windows.

Yeah i know i have not been able to do any windows updates in a long time but i never really found a need to mess around with it to much. I just thought that I would need to do a factory re install to fix it, i really did not want to do that because I have already did it about 3 times. Because of blue screens, found out it was a program that came with the computer(had to call dell to find this out)... really sad i know its called "Bigfoot Networks Killer Network Manager" sucks that a program that you had to pay extra for crashes you computer. If I re install windows would it mess with things i already have installed?
