Kayfabe. Oh brother, you.. You're a sheep! Everyone needs someone to think for them, you think he's leaving... for a movie?! Sorry boy but you have it all wrong... All... Wrong Follow the buzzards...
I missed SS because of work. I heard that the PPV was garbage besides 2 matches. I rather buy a boring Floyd Mayweather PPV than that lmao.
The Wyatt's have good buildup and a cool theme but Kane is just boring now so nobody really cares, and as for that match bray Wyatt is less of a wrestler than big E Langston. Clotheslines and power moves were entertaining like 20 years ago and it seems to be all the guy has. His finisher is decent. I mean the shield is already getting old and they had far more hype than these guys so something will have to happen soon before nobody gives a fck
Meh, I gave up on wrestling a while ago. Vince McMahon is too much a slimeball to let me enjoy the spectacle - he keeps inserting his sleaze all over the place. I liked that there was "real" fighting on the MMA cards (well, more real) so I started watching that instead. It was actually exciting to see Lesnar in the octagon because it was a chance to show that WWE fighters could be real fighters too, but it just showed that he was a chump. I guess years of pulling your punches is a hard habbit to break... The WWE games are still really great though, and I play them from time to time. Mostly because they are rediculous and they DO NOT CARE.
The wwe has employed world class athletes though. Lesnar is far from a chump he just isn't much of an mma fighter. He was however a D1 NCAA wrestling national champ, Kurt Angle a gold medalist, Mark Henry a slew of powerlifting championships. It's just for entertainment. When you look start looking beyond the fourth wall you're only hurting your own enjoyment This isn't a knock on MMA or UFC, but to compare them to pro wrestling is just silly
Don't get me wrong, they are all amazing athletes. I honestly think that Angle was the best "fighter" fighter they ever had while I watched, and if he had gone the UFC route could have been dominant. He chose a different path though, and came out richer for it. It was just the argument of "what would happen if a WWE superstar got into fight that wasn't scripted". And now we know. Don't get me wrong, Lesnar did amazingly well for not being a strong MMA fighter but it really settled it for the many friends I had who insisted that WWE fighters were the best, and the only reason MMA fighters didn't do WWE is because they could never hold a candle to a WWE fighter in a fight.
I don't watch wrestling anymore but I was big into it growing up. When it was hot you actually had a lot of people trying to get in on the action.. You still have that recently I guess with Floyd Mayweather was Wrestlemania, but I remember watching WCW with Tank Abbott, and WWF with Ken Shamrock. I even remember reading something about I think Shamrock facing Vader, and how Vader couldn't feel his legs after the match cause shamrock was in experienced and his kicks still hurt despite trying to make them look fake. I also remember american-korean ambassador Dennis Rodman facing Karl the mailman Malone... why do I remember that fuuuuuuck.
