    • Combat tech is now an AI Tech, increasing health, speed, and damage
    Change
    • All difficulty levels below Uber have AI Tech appear earlier in the galaxy
    • Removed mine vision from AI's Commander Combat Tech
    • Rebalanced AI Tech:
      • Legonis Machina only buffs tank units and factories, not bots
      • Synchronous buffs bot units and factories, not structures
      • Cluster buffs structures, not basic units
    Fixed
    • Rerolls being offered for new loadouts
    • AI speed tech being applied to structures
    • ARKYD and Advanced Radar Satellite being swapped in tooltips
    • Tougher Commanders not being applied to the Cluster boss

    for some reason zero commanders are spawning on the Treasure planets and zero faction leaders are spawning and for some reason on casual difficulty all enemy's that do spawn, spawn in fully populated all metal nodes taken and its instant death due to the mas amounts of units i spawn on I'm sure these are bugs and they make it I'm possible to play/complete galactic war

    id like to know if there is a fix if for some reason I'm the only one with the bugs

    the mods I was using are
    more pew pew.
    community chat for titans & classic <I don't know why I had that but I did.
    bigger galactic war.
    section of foreign intelligence for galactic war.
    aurora-arty UI.
    nuke shockwave FX.
    rainbow: commander landing.

    I will try with them disabled to see any changes
    I will not be able to provide a screenshot sadly I don't know why but my pc crashes when I take screen shots on any game and they don't save either yet I can run PAT and ark survival evolved perfectly.

    found the problem to the faction leaders and treasure guardians not spawning issue aurora-arty UI and its server mod

    • New AI called Penchant
      • Uses the Titans AI as a base
      • Each enemy has a favoured style of play which is reflected in their unit choices
      • This information is added to the enemy's personality in the intelligence panel
      • Sub Commanders are unaffected

    • Increased the amount of freedom procedural maps have in using water and lava
    • Increased the range of metal density and clusters used by procedural generation
    • AI selection moved to a drop-down
    • Removed code now present in the base game

    • Assault Commander loadout missing the Stinger
    • Titans AI not building the Stinger from the Unit Cannon
    • Setup column being too tall for the screen causing the entire page to scroll instead of just the column - with thanks to burntcustard
    • Queller Sub Commanders not scouting on small planets when only vehicles were available
    • Titans AI not building torpedo launchers
    • AI uses Stitches again
    • Upgraded Umbrellas shooting the ground on small planets

    The Storage Commander "Trades flame tanks for storage", but I haven't been able to figure out what this means. I've searched for info on that commander from PA in ages past but no luck.

    I took a look at git to see if I could figure out what it does. My JS comprehension is bad, but I did try! The buff for this commander seems to be GWCStorage.buff(inventory). I can't figure out what that does, nor do I find "GWCStorage" anywhere else in the repo.

    It starts with the Efficiency Tech buff, but can't build Infernos or Vanguards.

    This is a base game card I re-enabled. I haven't changed the description owing to not wanting to break the existing translation, but I don't think the description is very good so I might update it.
