PA fails to launch galactic battles

I open the game go to galactic battles then i sen the starmap. Select go to battle and i get this. or sometime it just sits on the spinny icon and doesn't say anything. I never had a problem except recently when i came back to play again after a long time. Where as before i could play just fine on the same system configuration.

Please also post the client file from the "log" folder. It should be in the format PA-YYYY-MM-DD_HHMMSS.txt

Verify your game files to make sure you have the latest build.

I just re downloaded the whole game to be sure that i am current. I did verify but sometime it misses stuff. I think this is the right file.

Ahh i think i found the Culprit. IObit Anti-malware Ransomware guard. needs to have all the files set to allow or its just hangs i guess. but that does seam to be the issue.
