Lvl 3 construction tech

Lvl 3 constructors are capable of building at 10 times the speed of tech 2 but also cost 10 times more to build, while taking twice as long. It is also tougher and slightly faster than tech 2 fabricators. Players have a tendency to build a ton of constructors to speed up building, which tends to cause a lot of lag. This particular construction can build all the same stuff as a tech 2 in 1/10 the time reducing the need for as many of them.

I can guarantee that your lag isn't being caused by massed T2 fabs.

I think Colonels fit this role well enough.

Colonels are much less cost efficient than T2 fabs.
