It crashes without exeption whenever he loads into a game, tutorial or not it seems. I have tried updating his drivers, his Windows, aswell as reinstalling the game to no effect. Hopefully the dxdiag might be able to tell you guys something.

Yes, when i updated his driver it told us that the Bluetooth failed, can that really be the cause for the game crash? As it happened both before and after the driver update attempt.

And you tried updating the drivers through the link that @mwreynolds provided? Bluetooth shouldn't have anything to do with graphics drivers. It kind of sound like you you maybe ran the Intel Driver Utility instead which probably tries to update everything.

And yes, the outdated graphics drivers are most likely responsible for your crashes. Many bugs have been fixed in the past five years.

Just tried, it told us that it was not compatible With his computer. We tried the 64 bit one, as the game devs said 32 made the game crash too often, and i believe his pc is 64 bit aswell. Is there any way to know which download he should use? Thank you so much for the help so far, i'm not to tech savy, but we really wish to be able to play together.

Well, according to the DxDiag.txt you posted, you have Windows 8 64-bit, so it should be this one:
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/do...ows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-33-?product=81499
And then the third one in the list, named "win64_153343.4425.exe".

But, I noticed that you are probably on a laptop. Laptop manufacturers are notorious for not allowing the default Intel drivers to be installed. So if it doesn't work with the exe above, try the fourth one in the list, named "win64_153343.4425.zip" and then follow the instructions listed here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558749190911446231/
