You know, when I first tried Pharrah, I wasn't too keen. I thought the rocket launcher was too slow and the jetpack fuel too sparse. But now... Yes I'm bragging. Yes you could change the thread title to "Geers brags about his Overwatch skillz" Yes I am compensating for something. I suck at Enter the Gungeon.
would love to play gungeon but it would be cool if they could atleast give you a decent defaultweapon other than the pistols considering how random the drops on the levels are .. or they make sure you get atleast one weapondrop before facing the boss ..
Tried Overwatch, and I can see why people like it, but it just feels a lot like TF2 to me. Not sure it does enough to differentiate itself just by adding some skills to the characters and a bigger roster. All the objectives are same as TF2. Capture point, escort, control points, etc.
Well yes but that's kind of because these are just pretty stock objective based shooter game modes. They plan on releasing some new ones, new maps, and new heroes in the future. Apparently free of charge. Personally feel it's worth the price tag, all the characters are surprisingly interesting and almost all are actually fun to play. Some more than others, but that's inevitable. It feels so much smoother and nicer than I expected, it's so damn well polished. All I need personally is a better ui system and the game is golden, some balance tweaks as well- but nothing really major (another surprise!)
I played it. Quite fun. I'm tempted to make a group to try and organize games etc. I also ended up making a video.
In one of the last games I played during the Beta there was this team that dominated us in the previous round. So just to piss them off, I went Bastion. Play of the Game: Geers as Bastion Shoots a bit of terrain for 10 seconds in turret mode sitting in a corner, guns down two people who walk by. The end. EVERYONE lost their shiz. It was flucking hilarious. I kinda wish I saved it now...
Already getting withdrawel! What a pain-staking wait. D: Anyone here decided whether they'll purchase the game or not?
Was considering it. I mean, I PROBABLY will with all the sweet sweet job money I'm making; I was considering getting the Origins edition but that's -way- over the price threshold of what I'd pay for the game
Ok so pricing for me after conversion to Aus is: Normal -$55 Origin-$82 Hmm not sure if i should pre purchase or just wait till release to see if anywhere sells it for a tad less. Doesn't helped that iv'e just purchased Stellaris as well. EDIT: I never actually got the chance to play the beta, but looks like a good game nonetheless.
