That's the work of a client mod. Probably PA-FX.

And no mods? When I run PA:T stable without mods I get 3750. Stuart is probably right that you have a mod enabled. If it is a client mod, you would be getting 3750 out of it even though your client thinks it is 5000. This kind of thing happens because your mod is designed for classic but being used in Titans.

Indeed it was PA-FX . Wish I saw that post before I started troubleshooting.....

The downloads folder only stores a cache of mods that you install.

If you want to mod the CMM system, you need do UI modding and other stuff that people like Mikeyh would be able to tell you about.

Community Mods is not moddable while we iterate rapidly with new functionality that auto updates.

The downloads folder contains all the logic and UI for CMM for what I can see.

Okay but something tells me that it is not moddable.

Will it ever be moddable?

Downloads is a cache that auto updates often. Will never be moddable by mods.
