Can you check the list of known incompatible software? https://wiki.palobby.com/wiki/Windows_Incompatible_Software Also try the clean boot mentioned at the end if you don't have anything on that list.
Hmm, maybe it's some sort of corruption then. Could you try verifying the integrity of the game cache? Instructions are here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335 Would be kind of strange though as it was working for you very recently. Those errors you posted in your first post are also kind of strange as they seem to happen in different components of PA. Do you also have trouble with other programs or blue screens?
I did verifying the integrity of the game cache, but the problem is not detected. I don't have trouble with other programs and blue screens. But I discovered something . When I run the game without an internet connection, it works fine.
When exactly does PA crash for you by the way? Do you still get to the main menu? Or does it just crash on start-up? What happens when you start "D:\Program\Steam\steamapps\common\Planetary Annihilation Titans\bin_x64\PA.exe" directly without Steam?
It happened in the main menu, after connecting to Play Fab. When I start "D: \ Program \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Planetary Annihilation Titans \ bin_x64 \ PA.exe" without Steam, the crash does not occur, but I forgot my Pay Fab ID, so I can not check what will happen after the connection.
It kind of sounds like this problem: https://forums.uberent.com/threads/crash-on-login-solved.70232/ In that case, there was also a crash on connecting to PlayFab, though without Steam. A password reset seemed to have fixed things for that user. I'm not sure how to go about changing passwords with Steam though. I imagine changing your Steam credentials would not have a similar effect on your PlayFab/UberEnt credentials. It may be worth contacting support@uberent.com to get a hold of the UberEnt account linked to your Steam account to try a password reset.
