So every time I launch the game it makes a loud sharp screeching noise, and then crashes immediately upon launching the system designer or a match. I have tried to verify integrity of the game files and it all checked out, and I did a fresh install. Any ideas what's up?????
@DeathByDenim found a fix by replacing the fmod code libraries (.dll files). Download those files and replace the files found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Planetary Annihilation Titans\bin_x64" Your path may vary.
