in many information and i believe as wel in the files it says that t2 sniper bots target air. But when you are playing, they don't... The do destroy aircraft when (especially with missiles) the shoot at something but mis and targets air instead. but now the question is it a bug the sniper rifle don't attack air or is it supposed to be this way?
It does attack air, you just don't see this against most air due to their turret rotation speed. If you have them kill a Zeus or fab aircraft it can be more visible.
hmm you see my question is not silly haha. i tested it vs fighters and bombers who where not moving. let the sniper bot walk underneith it and standing still, they won't shoot them. i did not try this with the zeus or other aircraft (also not fabbers). but then the question remains is this supposed to be or not...
i must apologize... tested again and sniper bots do targte air... however they do so very poorly. the miss a lot and they turn to slow to catch up with aircraft. i also tested it was a good defence vs zeus and also there i must say no. they can harm him but they are certainly not a counter.
