Kickstarter / titan

Hi,

Don't know where else to ask but I can't find my titan key for PA launcher or Steam. Correct me if I am wrong but do kickstarter backers get titans for free?

Hi, if you were a Kickstarter backer then yes you should get Titans for free.

If you have the standalone version of the game, try logging in with your original Uber id you had for the Kickstarter and the game should load up as Titans. You'll probably need to email support@uberent.com to get a steam key for Titans though if your accounts aren't linked up...

Doesn't appear on PA luancher or Steam so bit confused.

You may have to press [VERIFY] a couple of times in the UberLauncher. Then start PA and check Settings -> Gameplay for an option called Active Product. If it's there, then you can set it to Titans. But yeah, otherwise e-mail support to get your account info sorted.

No reply from support after a week. Somewhat disappointing.

Hmm, yeah. That's annoying. Usually it's within one or two days.

I'd imagine that support requests are taking much longer due to @mkrater's being laid off.

Really a shame, I had thought uber would be one of the better companies.
HOwever PA and SINS are two games I still am hopeful and enthuse about.
Well, finally received a reply and I feel stupid now.

You have titan and the upgrades ....... er NO i don't, nothing appears in my armory or client.

Well it's obviously tied to your account their end. You need to email back and ask how to access it. Out of interest, have you tried downloading the game again? Maybe your using an out of date launcher?

Don´t worry, support will fix that problem, but it might take some time. I had problem as well (two keys, but only one got upgraded), took several weeks, but was fixed nevertheless.
Anyways, the best thing is to buy it now in advance and get a gift key later on for a friend of yours playing PA as well. That was the way I handled it and that friend was very happy getting such a nice game!
