I know there are many threads adressing this issue but I tried everything on them and I wasnt able to solve this problem. Here are my system specs: -I7 3770k 3.2ghz 3.9ghz boost (overclocked to 4.25ghz) -AMD R9 280X 3GB DDR5 -8GB Kingston RAM at 1333mhz also I have a 10mbps internet connection but I have the shittiest upload speed (could that be the problem?) My experience with previous games tells me that I should be able to run this game just fine, even in the highest settings with my native resolution (1600x900), since I've played GTA V, Shadow of Mordor, MGS V, Mad Max and other graphic intense titles at 60+fps at the highest settings. The problem for me goes like this, I create the lobby , then add AI's and select a system and press start, up to this point everything is good, it even takes less than a minute to load even on the biggest systems. At the beggining of the game I have around 40-something fps which isnt bad or unplayable but definitely not what my pc can run, I noticed that the gpu usage is very low, at 14-20% at the most. After playing for 10 minutes or so, the game starts to freeze and stutter badly and shortly after it crashes and a window pops up saying that my system ran out of memory. This is the only aplication that I ran on this pc that pops up this window. I checked the task manager only to find my disk going bazongas all over the place at 100% and my memory at 70-80% and many procesess called "service local host system (network restricted)" followed by a number each. Things I've tried: -Disabling the steam overlay -Disabling V-sync from the catalyst control centre -Running the game at low, medium, high and uber settings, in window and fullscreen, at 100% native and all other scaling possibility -Restarting my pc -Running serveral malware scans Note: The only thing I didnt try was to download the non-steam version because I actually got the game from G2A since it was on sale and the key with wich I downloaded the game from steam apparently isnt valid to uber for some reason. PS: I dont know what files/logs to attach here since I dont know exactly where to find them and which files I have to upload.

Additionally, a DxDiag.txt is helpful. You can make one of those by pressing <WinKey>+R, typing "dxdiag" and pressing "Save All Information...". You can upload the file here using the "Upload a File" button on this forum.
