Support Replying?

Hi

I was wondering how many people have gotten replies yet? I emailed them on the 20nd about how I don't have PA:Titans on Steam or on the PA launcher as a Kickstarter Backer but haven't had a reply yet.

I have read that they are really swamped right now. Have you got the kickstarter badge in the in game armory?

No badge in the armory.

If you were a kickstarter backer you should have a badge there. Do you know what date you purchased the game?

Note sure when I backed it but its in my kickstarter backer area

Try download the uber launcher and verify files that way. Could be that you haven't linked accounts properly... Someone here will know more than me but have seen someone say use the uber launcher way before.

What does it say under my keys there when you log in?

In the other threads on this topic it has been recommended to contact them through Kickstarter (as the support team is currently overwhelmed with the new launch).

Tried the launcher and verified it a ton , and MyKeys I just got sound track and the Art.

Hmm no game key?Guessing the problem is you haven't linked your steam and uberent account. In work now, so can't link you on how to do it, but should be in the forums somewhere
