Support: Non-fps, internet or resources lag.

    My fps is stable, as is my internet. I have tried disabling online, playing offline as well. However, I get the continued issue that units pause, commands pause and everything except for the UI stop. The clock shows skips of 2-5 seconds. Any suggestions?
