Just wondering if the physical rewards(Signed ArtBook, Commemorative Game Box, Backer T-Shirt, Three Pack Minatures) has been delivered yet? I've yet to receive anything so am quite worried as its been months. Also i find that i do not have Titans expansion, cant find it under my account game keys too. The $250 Cosmic Limited Edition does not include expansions? Appreciate your replies. Thanks!!
The stuff is in the process of being shipped out. Many backers already go their stuff, but Uber has a whole lot of stuff to send. I think they expect to be done before the end of September if I remember correctly. If your address is correct, then it should be fine. And yeah, if you backed during the Kickstarter, you get PA: Titans. If you use the UberLauncher, it should automatically update to PA: Titans (you may have to hit the [VERIFY] button a few times). If you use Steam, it should have been added to your Steam library automatically.
I am actually really curious to know about this. I have contacted support already about my physical items, and they looked up my account and found that my items simply haven't shipped yet. They are still in the process of shipping and haven't gotten to my name on the list yet basically. I'm more than fine with that. I can wait. What I do want to know about is Titans. I saw it this morning and was super excited to find that I had a discount for it as I already owned the original game. I was actually about to purchase it. I became confused when I read some reviews and found that KS Backers were being given the game for free as a thank you. Does this not apply to Cosmic Edition Backers? You know, those of us that paid $250 for a game that didn't exist yet simply because we loved the game and how it was being made. Just like the developers, it was a game that we had dreamed about too and we wanted to support it as much as possible. I was so excited to see the game that I just wanted to see it succeed no matter what. I have read a fair amount of reviews, and most of them are about the game content being a stand-alone game and not added to the original. I haven't seen any significant complaints about Titans and definitely want the game. It is to Planetary Annihilation what Forged Alliance was to Supreme Commander. I'll be buying it if it comes to that, but I would first like to know if Cosmic Edition Backers will be receiving a copy of the game. It seems like it would be a shame if they didn't. I've yet to receive a reply from their support team regarding the physical items, been almost 2 weeks since my query. Hoping if i could at least get a confirmation even if its not shipped out yet. Had a bad experience before with X Rebirth & Sins of a Solar Empire collectors box, didn't receive for like a year lol until i hound them, so i learn to proactively chase people otherwise things wont get done, they probably just don't give a damn, sad to say... And yea, i'm having same sentiments as you, me and my friends did pay $250 Cosmic edition and we're quite dismayed that we're not getting Titans free, honestly $250 is way more than the pledged backer average, plus we bought it before release of the EA build(it was a limited time available for purchase), hell it was before the alpha release too and if that does not show the dedication and support then i really don't know what to say...
