The drivers are from 2013 and need to be updated from the intel download center

Thank you for posting your DxDiag report. It looks like there's an updated driver available for your Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 graphics card. Please visit the manufacturer's website to download and install the latest driver here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx

It may also be the case that your NVIDIA GeForce GT 710M graphics card requires an updated driver as well. Please make sure to visit NVIDIA's site for the latest driver here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Yeah, that's notebooks for you... They rarely allow you to update drivers. But if you download the driver manually and force an install, it should work.

So download the .zip from here:
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24973/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit
And then follow the instructions here:

Your June 2015 NVidia drivers already seem to be the latest though, so it's probably just the Intel drivers causing trouble.

Yeah, you mean this bit, right?
Your NVidia drivers are already updated, so that should be fine.
