Obviously not very high on a list of importance.. but with the last few PTE's I've noticed that bots coming out of the bot factory the steps lag them very slightly. ie they are in front of the steps coming down. On the vehicle factory the vehicle is past the ramp when the ramp goes down. ie The vehicle is going down the ramp before the ramp goes down. I'm using PAMM in safe mode so no mods should be in play. -Devoh
It's a bit odd.. because sometimes it works fine.. sometimes it's REALLY off. Some vehicles seem to do better than others.. or maybe it's just totally random.. either way it happens so often it should be easy for developers to see it.
Yeah, I've noticed it too, but I couldn't be sure if it's always been that way or not. You're sure it's a new bug? But yeah, it works exactly like you say. The tank/bot drives through the raised ramps, which then lower themselves down after it's already passed.
The sticky thread for this was closed a bit ago, so I put the bugtracker in to inactive mode, which I believe disables new posts.
I doubt they have looked at it for a while, I don't believe I ever received a replay there. SXX seems to have moved on; I was updating the build number on occasion but not making time to manage things, not sure anyone else had admin.
Chin up, Uber is still working on PA and I still wanna help even if I disagree with their methods I'm posting bugs in the support forum as we speak.
Uber was looking at it, they've decided that the forums are a better place for bug reporting at this time it would seem.
I feel like a weenie posting such a insignificant bug as factory animations.. and yet I actually sit there and watch how cool the animations are
While we're talking about roll off anims... The orbital launcher anim is still as broken as it always has been. That is to say, very.
Take a close look at it. The rocket isn't attached to anything when there's clearly something on the model that it should be attached to. They clearly were working on some anims but never finished them. Might be something for @zx0 to polish up in ModX.
