It was amazing! Really nice improvements. I've been taking a break from PA for a little bit, but LOVE these new changes and can't wait to get back into the battle.
Add the awesome changes and the Steam sale.. we could see some new life.. I'm really excited about the future.
I'm nobody.. but I still believe positive feedback can have its own thread. If negative feedback can have it's own thread, why not positive feedback?
Somebody liked a recent change, and believed that was a good thing. He wanted to let the devs know that that the change is a good thing. No biggie.
There is already a thread for that, the one where everyone else posts their feedback. The OP didn't even say what he liked about any of the changes, and so the devs will have no interest.

So you speak for the devs, knowing what they will and will not find interesting? Well now you most certainly are important. I didn't see any forum rules saying that there was one thread only for compliments, but post your gripes everywhere else.. certainly my bad, apologies. I intentionally didn't mention what I thought was better, nor what I thought needed improvements, it was solely a "kudo's to the dev team, this game is getting really nice." Between here and reddit there can be so much negativity. Sometimes after a hard week a "kudo's, your hard work is really making a difference" is really what is needed. I realize that is probably not true for you (and that's fine), but for others it can be. If I was local to them, perhaps a case of beer and a note would be more appropriate.
I also quite like the new Galactic War. I probably shouldn't have started with "Absurd" because holy moley, that's hard. I've been playing it solid for the past week now. (Also, for keeping blood pressure down, I heartily recommend the "ignore" feature on these forums. Just click on the profile picture and press "Ignore". Quite handy!)
