    Next update will fix a couple of build bar related issues and add in TA esque sub implementation with sonar and some firepower transferred from the destroyer's cannons to a torpedo launcher.

    Beyond keeping RCBM updated with current features I do not forsee any major balance changes being made.

    AI seems non-responsive, AI commanders stand around and do nothing. I think the most recent AI changes that occurred today may have broken the AI for the mod.

    This mod is going to be obsoleted soon anyway.
