    When playing with a hundres of players controlling their squads with a commander above them all giving large strategic commands- It is a RTS of scale hard to understand. :p

    Either be the grunt of the military, or the leader.

    ARMA 2 also had a built in RTS function where you play as a commander, build factories, and use dollars or points or whatever it's supposed to be to buy squads or tanks, etc...
