hey, I have some issues. when I click (in PA) on multiplayer then custom my game crashes. however the other options work. i will send you my dxdaig too please help

If it's not running, then that should be fine, I think. But if you never use it, you might as well uninstall it. Could you upload a PA log as well? They live in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log". On a typical install %LOCALAPPDATA% will be "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local". Just delete all of the logs there, start PA, make it crash, and upload the newly created log here.
That's interesting. The crash appears to come from the network code. As a test, can you turn off all of your firewalls and virus scanners and see if it still crashes? Also, which firewall do you use? Do these crashes also occur when playing Galactic War of AI Skirmish?
Weird. You are running through Steam, right? Can you try verifying the integrity of the game cache? And if that doesn't work, could you rule out Steam weirdness by downloading the UberLauncher from https://store.uberent.com/download/pa and using that to install the game somewhere?

Bah, sorry it's being such a hassle for you... Multiplayer is the best part of this game. Well, next idea: Could you try doing a clean boot to rule out any weird programs from interfering.
