    yep, that's where it needs to go :).

    For example this is my 1 although yours will be different as you've got it installed from Steam :)

    "C:\games\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation Launcher\Planetary Annihilation\PTE\bin_x64\server.exe" --allow-cheats
