That means it's trying to load dll's that it can't seem to find. The most likely suspect is certain DirectX dlls, so try downloading DirectX 9.0c, on which the Coherent UI in the installer depends.

On Steam seems all runs ok but with PAluncher dont work maybe because i have Win 8.1 i dont now.

Yeah, Steam ships with it's own libraries as far as I know, so that's why it would work there. Did you still want to make it work outside of Steam or are you ok like this? To find the missing dlls, you'd need to install Dependency Walker and see what dll it's missing.

Its ok i think i will keep with steam updates, i just think PAluncher works bit bether.

You could try the alternative launcher @DeathByDenim made...

Yes, this one, but I'm worried that PA will have the same dll dependencies as the UberLauncher since they both use Coherent. My version of the launcher will at least install PA.
