Is there any way to delete Galactic War campaigns through the PA files?

Lately my internet's been dropping in and out a lot, so I've been playing offline GW, but I also have a ton of older games that I never finished from way back in the gamma days, is there any way to mass-delete these in the game's files without going into the game and clicking abandon war?

Also, on a half-related topic, why can they only be deleted online? They can be saved offline so it's not like they're on Uber's server.
