Avid Player returning from years away

Hey guys. I played MNC when it debuted at Pax East years ago, instantly feel in love. Played hundreds of hours xbox died, moved on, so I've been away for about 2 years. Got a 360 again and playing under a new gamertag ( Neska00 ) So glad to see people still playing, have played in some full rooms this past weekend. The game is still great as I remember but 1) much as love the game, was never a great player 2) I'm rusty 3) when I stopped playing the game it had some glitches; seems folks have found more. I myself hate all that kind of stuff. Been reading the forum and I see references to cheats/exploits I don't even understand. I know thats part of the game and people will do anything to win.

Can somebody please explain some major things to watch out for?
Is there a group of guys that play 'clean'?
Or is there some cheats you just have to do to even compete nowadays?
Also any idea how big the pool of players is now?

there are no more game breaking glitches like the assassin speed glitch. just a lot of ways to kill people in the spawn. If you suck you will be juiced on repeatedly and since you post on the forums people will now gun for you.

I mean it depends on what you mean by playing clean. Everyone in the game spawn kills it's just a part of it now. As for other glitches the only common one you see is instant strikes which are apparently intended seeing how there in smnc. As for player pool I think it was 500 weekly and of those 500 about 20 or so who are worth anything at the game.

You know, playing clean. So sugar, no chemicals, mostly playing with food you've cooked yourself, at least your body weight in protein, etc.

there is no playing clean on this game.. those who play on host have platinum rate of fire, more auto aim assist, unlaggy connection, and godlike speed.
Especially if you have a good connection or live in another country.

Wow just read the news about Gem. I didn't know him but as much as I used to play I'm sure I ran into him. I'm 35 and for a person to pass so young and unexpectadly is very sad. One thing I must say is see the community is strong and I am so happy to be back I regret I stayed away so long. I hope I get know all you guys. I'm Neska00 (formerly zabari)

I rarely play pubs, and the only time I'm in there is to help a new player learn the game and get used to some classes. I haven't enjoyed pubs in years honestly. When I did used to pub I was pretty against juice chaining as I thought it killed the games for a lot of players, and going like 60+ and 0 in pubs did nothing but inflate egos. I can't even tell you how many people told me they had no desire to play the game when it was "broken" because of a mechanic in the middle that granted you "instant skill".

For a long time I only played solo and would hunt for Xenonox. I hated playing in groups personally. I remember when I had in my bio "If you find yourself getting pubstomped by groups in MNC, invite me and I'll help out."

The only people to ever invite me would be up against Xeno and a support. maybe there were a few other groups but all it led to was a big xeno hunt.
