Sounds good. Just gave you the tip because I tried exactly that once and it turned out to be quite hard not to give the other team intel while helping the first team e.g. saying "try to push harder for the north pole, you need it" will cause both teams to push for the north pole, even if only one team actually needs it.

I prefer expressing that they need to be spreading out more efficiently.

Its Vague enough to not tell them where to go, but still tells them they need to spread out more.
